Reservations at Sansu are always welcome and easy to make — by phone or in person. Please book at least one hour in advance.

We offer several seating options:

• Standard dining — tables throughout the restaurant
• Sushi bar — watch the chefs at work
• Open tatami — traditional floor seating; guests remove their shoes
